1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

To request cancellation, please email us at support@theqasidaoriginals.in with your order details.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.

After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. You may, however, apply for a return/exchange under our Return Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

You cancel your order within the allowed time frame.

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Customised, tailored, or altered products.

Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or marked as non-returnable.

Items returned without original tags, packaging, or if found used/damaged.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after quality inspection of returned items.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).

5. Partial Refunds / Store Credit

In cases where only part of the order is returned, refunds will be issued only for the returned items.

Customers may also opt for store credit (voucher/coupon) of the same value instead of a monetary refund.
