Cancellation & Refunds

At The Qasida Originals, we strive to provide you with premium quality women’s wear and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

    • To request cancellation, please email us at support@theqasidaoriginals.in with your order details.

    • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. You may, however, apply for a return/exchange under our Return Policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • You cancel your order within the allowed time frame.

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised, tailored, or altered products.

  • Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or marked as non-returnable.

  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or if found used/damaged.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after quality inspection of returned items.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).

  • Refund timelines: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).


5. Partial Refunds / Store Credit

  • In cases where only part of the order is returned, refunds will be issued only for the returned items.

  • Customers may also opt for store credit (voucher/coupon) of the same value instead of a monetary refund.
