We currently ship across India.
International shipping is available to selected countries (charges and timelines vary by destination).

2. Shipping Charges

Within India: Standard shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value (if applicable).

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities in India: 4–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and courier services)
Delays due to external factors (courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or festivals) are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In case your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
For lost packages, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
